1. Scope of Services and Project Delimitation

Our offering includes consulting, setup, and support for digital project management solutions. The specific services are documented in writing on a case-by-case basis. Not included are tasks that go beyond the agreed scope, such as post-processing of data or training of external service providers.

  • Consulting is based on the information you provide.
  • Change requests after project start may lead to adjustments to the schedule.
  • Technical requirements (hardware, internet connection) are your responsibility.

2. Liability and Warranty

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. The warranty for our services is twelve months from acceptance. Excluded are damages caused by improper use or third-party software.

  • We assume no liability for data loss resulting from incorrect operation.
  • Recommendations for third-party providers are made without guarantee of completeness or timeliness.
  • In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events, our obligations are temporarily suspended.

3. Data Protection and Confidentiality

All data transmitted in the course of collaboration is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Disclosure to third parties occurs only with your express consent or on a legal basis.

  • Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of contract execution.
  • You have the right at any time to request information, correction, and deletion of your data.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

All concepts, documentation, and training materials created by us are protected by copyright. Use is permitted exclusively for the agreed purpose. Reproduction or transfer to third parties requires our written consent.

  • Templates and checklists may be used within your company.
  • Transfer to competitors or publication is prohibited.
  • In the event of infringement, we reserve the right to take legal action.

5. Severability Clause and Final Provisions

Should any provision of these explanations be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

  • The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of our company.
  • No verbal collateral agreements exist.
  • Amendments to these explanations require text form.
